Director Supply Chain Management Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Contract, Procurement & Logistics strategy for the contract and any follow on work

Conduct make/buy analysis of the compamy scope of work and implement approved outcome

Subcontracting strategies to include risk mitigation and cost optimization strategies

Establish and manage required subcontracts within the group entities for product and service delivery

Establish and manage required subcontracts with external providers for program logistics.

Develop reporting metrics for all suppliers and establish regular cadence for contract performance reviews including quality standard and on time delivery performance

Conduct supplier audits on site as required

Support program reporting reviews with the Program Director

Manage the bidding process and formulation of the documentation, bidding, contracting and negotiation of subcontracts

Support other Supply Chain activity or initiatives for the Cluster as required

Manage employees in the department in performing their delegated tasks

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor degree in Business Management, preferably Master degree in Business Management or equivalent

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in public or private sector organization

Preferably defense services experience in a supply chain function
