Job Details

Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the hotel's luxury standards.

Accurately process transactions, including room charges, dining bills, spa services, and other hotel amenities, using the hotel's point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing and reconciling transactions.

Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests and enhance their stay.

Address guest inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashiering area, adhering to the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.

Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a cashier or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
