Responsibilities:

Analyze multiple business lines in terms of order intake, revenue and secured gross margins.

Build up detailed analysis for certain product lines / business lines.

Support sales teams with analysis of their lines in order to maximize their sales on those product / business lines.

Support sales managers in coordinating sales activities, schedules, and resources.

Assist in the preparation of tender / RFP plans and progress report.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather tender or RFP requirements, updates, and feedback.

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to capture action items and decisions.

Monitor sales progress and deadlines, identifying potential risks or delays and proposing solutions to mitigate them.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment on project objectives.

Facilitate communication between sales team members, vendors, contractors, and clients.

Distribute project documentation and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment by promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

Develop and maintain document control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project documentation.

Organize, categorize, and archive project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports.

Establish and maintain a centralized document management system for easy access and retrieval of project information.

Conduct regular audits to verify the completeness and compliance of project documentation with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution to ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest versions.

Manage document controllers across various projects, if applicable

Your Qualifications And Skills

Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in document control, project coordination, business analyst, administrative roles.

Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
