ROLE PROFILE

Assist with the implementation of the country emergency response process and crisis management strategy

Monitor threats and risks that may impact the business continuity

Enhancing, tracking, and reporting on key performance-indicating metrics, allowing for performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner

Ensure employees follow applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures in order to protect the people, assets, data and reputation of MAF Retail

Analyzes and interprets integrated data and information to improve investigation process efficiency and effectiveness

Assist in investigations of fraud cases such as employee theft, breach of ethics, corruption and violations of risk and compliance policies and recommend resolutions thereof.

Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions

Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, managing email correspondence, creating presentations, and preparing reports using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Power BI is a must

Excellent project management

Analytical and decision-making abilities

Good business communication and presentation skills

2+ years' experience in a similar function
