Job Details

Assists in maintaining ACCOR IT standard guidelines.

Ensure monitoring of ALL recovery system (tape backup and virus protection)

Provide escalated support to Technology Services staff.

Assist and support strategic plan implementation.

Implement and support ACCOR best practices.

Contribute to ACCOR Technology Services knowledgebase.

Solving technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.

Diagnosing hardware and software faults.

Installing and configuring computer systems.

Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and network of an organization.

Qualifications

2-3 years of proven IT experience in the hospitality industry

Sound Computer knowledge in Opera System, MICROS and MS office applications etc.

Displays initiative

Customer/people-oriented

High attention to detail and ability to complete projects.
