Job Details

Follow up and review all processes and participate in developing procedures manuals and work mechanisms related to the department’s work, and suggest amendments to them.

Preparing various data reports on the department’s work and performance indicators in coordination with the department’s employees.

Active participation in the evacuation and emergency team in the department’s buildings.

Monitoring and following up on performance indicators related to security, facility safety, and fire in buildings

Developing plans for security and fire safety of facilities in coordination with the concerned authorities.

Evaluation and analysis of risks in the department’s buildings.

Follow up on the application of the environmental, health and occupational safety conditions approved by the department on all buildings and facilities affiliated with the department and prepare the necessary periodic technical reports.

Ensure that security conditions and facility and fire safety management are implemented in a manner consistent with the instructions and laws in force in the country.

Supervising communication and coordination processes with government and local agencies regarding partnerships and coordinating work tasks and joint projects in the field of occupational health and safety and electronic fire extinguishers in the department’s buildings.

Follow up and implement the decisions and circulars issued related to his work, and ensure that they are implemented and implemented in accordance with the rules, regulations and followed procedure.

Monitor and follow up on maintenance work in the department’s buildings and ensure that a safe environment is available to begin maintenance.

Preparing periodic statistical reports and submitting them to the direct manager

Contact and communicate with organizational units inside or outside the department according to the directives of the direct official or department head.

Compliance with the department's security policies and procedures.

Demonstrate commitment to attending security awareness workshops.

Report security incidents if encountered

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in the field of environment, health and occupational safety or its equivalent in a similar specialty + no experience
