We have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to join us in our awar winning restaurant Shang Palace. The successful applicant will have a passion for cooking and a gift for presentation.

What will you do?

• Supervise and control work of Shang Palace kitchen personnel in their respective stations.
• Assist with overseeing of the daily operation.
• Maintain the highest quality in the food provided.
• Work with Shang Palace team to keep excellent cleanliness standards.
